To maintain the highest quality of care for each client, I carefully limit the number of appointments I accept each day. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and preparation for your session begins well before you arrive. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows disrupt the flow of care and impact my ability to serve other clients. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced: 24-Hour Notice Required Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Example: If your appointment is at 6:00 PM on Saturday, you must cancel or reschedule by 6:00 PM on Friday. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments without notice, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-transferable and do not apply to future appointments. If you NOSHOW, you will be charged 100% of cost of service booked. I get it life happens, but lets communicate. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In this case, 50% of the full service fee will be charged. Deposit & Booking Requirements A $40 - $50 deposit (depending on service) is required to reserve your appointment and must be paid at the time of booking. Credit card information is securely stored on file. If the cancellation policy is not honored, there is no appointment. This policy is set to protect my business. Rescheduling Policy After two reschedules, the original deposit is forfeited. A new $40 deposit will be required to book another appointment. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. It is designed to respect both your time and mine, while ensuring all clients have access to consistent, high-quality care.
